What do you do if you feel angry? 

So many of us were taught to bury our feelings when we were little. It’s no wonder that as adults we have unhealthy coping mechanisms that find us projecting icky feelings and our shadows onto the people around us. 

The next time you feel a bit miffed, here’s a little soothing meditation to help sit with those hard feelings.
