Tower Vulture
We chose Vulture to represent The Tower. As they feast on carcasses, they are efficient janitors of the forest, keeping it clean and making sure nothing is wasted. Vulture teams up with The Tower to remind us that when the fire of change burns through our lives, another plotline is developing in the understory. Thinning out our forest canopy allows new growth to see the Sun.
Symbolism
Lightning bolts across the black sky symbolize kundalini energy and awakening.
Black sky suggests that moving through The Tower is a deeply personal process where we rely on our own inner guidance.
Skull: Decomposing forms nurture new growth.
Fire: Controlled forest fires are an effective way to keep forests thriving.
Astrology
The Tower is ruled by the planet Mars. Mars is the force of action, assertion and going after what we want. Known as the God of War, Mars can be quite decisive and lightning fast when it comes time to express itself.
